COVID PASS MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS - there are only very limited medical reasons why a patient cannot have the covid vaccination and only these patients will be eligible for a medical exemption pass.  You MUST contact 119 to ask for an application form.  If you are eligible, the 119 service will send you a form. Please be aware certain medications for minor health conditions such as hayfever, insect bites, sunburn and head lice will no longer be available on prescription. To find out more, visit www.nhs.uk/otcmedicines.

Test Results

Please check the results and what needs to be done regarding your tests ordered through the surgery, preferably in the afternoon when the test results have been received from the hospital. We do not receive results from tests arranged by hospital doctors.

Our reception staff are not qualified to comment on results therefore it is your responsibility to check them and make any necessary follow-up appointment with the doctor.

Please note that we do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only give out results to the person they relate to unless that person has given prior permission for their release or if they are not capable of understanding them.
