COVID PASS MEDICAL EXEMPTIONS - there are only very limited medical reasons why a patient cannot have the covid vaccination and only these patients will be eligible for a medical exemption pass.  You MUST contact 119 to ask for an application form.  If you are eligible, the 119 service will send you a form. Community Midwives

The midwife and her team look after all the pregnant women until they have returned home and settled with their babies. They are based on Ward M4, The Royal Bolton Hospital (Tel: 390631).

Community Nurses

Look after our patients who need nursing care at home. They can also get in touch with other specialist community nurses in Bolton. They can be contacted on 01204 462626.

Health Visitors

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.
