ONLINE APPOINTMENTS

Please note we have temporarily suspended our access to online booking appointments, this is so our staff can triage calls and arrange telephone consultations for those who need it most and to not put others at risk

Please be aware certain medications for minor health conditions such as hayfever, insect bites, sunburn and head lice will no longer be available on prescription. To find out more, visit www.nhs.uk/otcmedicines.

Appointments

(Tel: 01204 462929)

Doctors are available for consultation during the surgery hours. Please note that your doctor may not always be available on the same day and time each week.

We realise that problems sometimes arise unexpectedly; therefore we have several appointments each session which are reserved for the day. If your problem is URGENT, please explain to the receptionists who will arrange for a message to be sent to the doctor.

If you have a new injury you should go to Accident and Emergency at the hospital for treatment. The Surgery does not have the equipment to treat acute injuries.

Telephone Advice

(Tel: 01204 462930)

If you simply wish to speak to a doctor or a nurse for advice, please telephone to book a telephone consultation appointment and the doctor or nurse will call you back. It will help if you leave some details of your enquiry for the doctor or nurse beforehand.
