Pharmacists

Community Midwives

The midwife and her team look after all the pregnant women until they have returned home and settled with their babies. They are based on Ward M4, The Royal Bolton Hospital (Tel: 390631).

Community Nurses

Look after our patients who need nursing care at home. They can also get in touch with other specialist community nurses in Bolton. They are based at Egerton & Dunscar Health Centre (Tel: 463335).

Health Visitors

Julie is available to advise on a wide variety of health issues. She helps us run the Well Baby Clinic and Ante-Natal Clinic. She is based at Watersmeeting Health Centre (Tel:463036).

Health Trainers

Raziya Scaachi & Ruhina Patel will offer help and encouragement to local people over 45 who are at risk of heart disease and will be offering advice on how to achieve a more healthy lifestyle providing guidance and support with such things as giving up smoking, eating healthily, exercise, stress management and reducing alcohol consumption.
